Representatives from abroad meet at the 5th edition of Indumak International Week
Now in its 5th year, the Indumak International Week (SII), a convention dedicated to commercial representatives from abroad, aimed to reaffirm the brand’s responsibility to the market, share innovations and bring the entire commercial team closer to the Indumak family.
In 2020, during the International Week, 13 visitors from abroad represented a total of 18 countries. A week of lectures with commercial, strategic and technical themes, visits to the factory and individual meetings to align the objectives and goals of each country.
Who was present?
For Indumak, valuing the team’s relationship with the use of all forms of interaction, brings relevance and strengthens the business, increasing efficiency and sales revenue. Thus, the event was attended by the CEO and Directors of the company, managers from different areas and professionals who daily dedicate their talent to the achievement of what is planned.
One of the most effective ways to grow is to allow the sales team to connect with other brand professionals, increasing motivation and productivity. And recognizing and rewarding the success of the sales achieved in 2019 was also the event’s agenda.
For Peter Souza, Export Manager at Indumak, this was the International Week where we had a greater interaction with other areas of the company and not only with the commercial. It is important to constantly align market strategies with the sales team. With the ability to process information about people and the daily routine, sometimes we neglect the interaction with other departments, and we also lose the habit of innovating every day in good business practices. It is worth considering this “meeting” and interaction between the entire Indumak corporate network (internal and external) to renew our commitments, listen and leave our message to the external team. We finished the fifth international week very satisfied with the results and now during the year 2020 we are following the strategies in each market and we will certainly reap good results.
