AUTOMATION OF MORTAR BAGGING FOR GREATER EFFICIENCY AND SAFETY
In the construction sector, mortar bagging is essential to prevent leaks, ensure a clean and healthy working environment for operators, and ensure proper bag formation with precision and pallet stability.
Automatic bagging and valve bags
To leverage your production process and ensure the correct packaging of your products, such as mortar bagging, the combination of Indumak baggers with valve bags is the most practical, accurate and modern in the segment.
One of the characteristics that we can define in the valve packaging is the practicality. Because it is a modern packaging in the manufacturing environment, it brought innovation dispensing with its manual closure, either by sealing or by sewing, for example.
Its use implies in better packaging of the product inside the packaging and better storage and palletizing condition, making the pallets safer and more uniform.
How does it work?
The valve bags have an element called a valve that is an inlet intended for the receipt and filling of the product. The bag is inserted into the filling nozzle of the bagger and, after the filling cycle is over, it is expelled from the weighing scale.
It is at this moment that the packaging technology acts, because the insertion of the product by the valve causes it to conform internally against the faces of the bag, thus making the sealing.
For the application in the mortar, we use the bag with side valve for bags in plastic material and top valve for paper bags.
The valve bags have a wide range of shapes and sizes, have specific models and formats for each product and can pack both cement, gypsum, chemical powder and limestone in bags from 20kg/40lb to 25kg/50lb.
A technical evaluation is the key to the best format and success in the application. Understanding the different types of machinery available and their distinct characteristics is essential to obtain the best results in the marketing of products.
It is important to consider the complete product journey from manufacturing to final consumption. For mortar bagging, we recommend the KSP and KRO machines.
