Equipment: Automatic Baler Positioner

When it was released: 2002

The great innovation of this equipment was in relation to the movement of the cylinder in advance and return, which allowed the positioning of the packages in 3 columns in the bale.

The positioning takes place in a first package with the Positioner stationary, the second in the movement to the left and the third to the right.

The innovative functionality allowed the patent registration of this product. The Automatic Positioner also delivers a very tight bale.

Other balers on the market work with similar systems, but none deliver the quality of the Indumak positioner.

Equipment: Single Cup Filler

Date of Release: 1997

The Single Cup Filler arrived to solve a problem of weight variation between cups of the cups filler.

Over time, the cups suffer natural wear by the product that is dosed, for example, rice and beans, which are abrasive

With these wears, some cups undergo size changes, impairing accuracy. In the rotating system, a product fall ends up that makes the speed issue a little difficult when compared to the single cup system.

Intended for the grain segment, the Single Cup Filler has only one cup, where wear also happens, but being one, the opening and closing are facilitated.

At the opening of the bottom drawer, the dump drawer, centered on the forming tube, the product descends as a block, increasing the speed of dosing. That is, an innovation that delivers weight repeatability with speed.

Equipment: Microperforator

Date of Release: 1997

An evolution of the needle puncher, Microperforator brought the solution to products packaged in polyethylene. Packages composed of this material are usually pierced to allow air to escape from the package.

The microscopic holes create a kind of micro valves, that is, when the package is pressed, the air comes out and then the valve closes, maintaining a safer seal for the packaged product.

Therefore, this precisely machined tool allows air to exit and prevents the entry of other contaminants, or cross-infestation at the point of sale.

The needle perforator continues to be commercialized, however, with the disadvantage of a much larger opening, and the constant need to change needles for wear, as well as the possibility of insects entering, leaving the product exposed to infestation.

Equipment: MK-30, the world’s fastest baler

When it was released: 2019

With 100% Brazilian technology, the MK-30 is a new concept of balers. With a design that favors speed, it is able to supply one truck bi-train per hour, considering a layout of two high-performance packers for a baler.

This innovation delivers, every 3 seconds, a ready-made bale of 60lb/30 kg. That’s 120 bags per minute, totaling about 1200 bales per hour.

In the following video, you watch the MK-30 in operation in the packaging of packages of 6 x 10lb/5kg of rice. Representing 72,000lb/36,000 kg per hour.
