In the first quarter of this year, Indumak held its long-awaited Embala Indumak 2024, National Sales Convention at the company’s headquarters in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina. 

The event, which took place in four stages, brought together management, marketing and sales teams, as well as national and international representatives under the theme “Tune in”.

The choice of the theme “Tune in” as the motto for Embala Indumak 2024 is a reflection of the constant search for alignment between the Indumak team and the company’s global strategies. 

Participants were immersed in an environment of collective learning and integration, through lectures, meetings, conversation circles, dynamics and practical exercises that aimed to align market needs with Indumak’s initiatives for the current year. 

By offering this opportunity to present Indumak’s latest products, technologies and solutions for 2024, the convention allowed professionals to familiarize themselves with the company’s innovations and incorporate these solutions into their sales approaches. 

Furthermore, Embala Indumak 2024 also provided a space for direct feedback from representatives, which directly reflects Indumak’s understanding of the market’s real needs and enables the adaptation of commercial strategies.

The convention, which took place in four stages, three of which included teams of national representatives from different areas in Brazil, was an opportunity for a collective update on Indumak’s goals and launches, in addition to strengthening connections between internal and external professionals.

Gelson Schmidt, Commercial Director at Indumak, highlighted the importance of the sales convention to align teams and prepare them for a promising year: 

“We had good feedback from the representatives, as we were able to dedicate quality time to each one, on the different topics that make up the sales journey. 

In addition to having a large team, they are different from each other in terms of experience, market potential and segments that operate in their regions. 

 In this new format, we are able to customize attention to each particularity. It was a success and we will certainly repeat the model in the next edition.” 

Regarding Embala Indumak, the Marketing Coordinator, Joice Paganelli, added:

“Aligned, effective and dedicated communication is essential to meet market demands. With a positive response already received from attendees of this new convention model, we are confident and motivated to achieve success.”

During International Week, we opened the doors of Indumak to welcome representatives from 14 countries with a program full of learning and exchange of experiences, covering topics related to equipment, trends and technical sales, as well as practical exercises. 

“In International Week, we had a similar approach, but with more group discussions, such as, for example, the political and economic situations in each country. 

As it is a macro environment, we cannot change the parameters, but we can and should change strategies, looking for alternatives to continue moving forward with projects with clients. 

That was the big challenge this year. We also took the opportunity to go over some important points of technical sales, with practical exercises with salespeople. 

It was a success, and so we hope for a very successful 2024 with exports.” – Gelson Schmidt
