The equipment automates the process of applying the bag to the spout of the automatic bagging machine for filling valve bags or open mouth bags, such as: paper, plastic and raffia, of different sizes.

But how does Indumak’s Bag Applicator Robot work?
In the Indumak Bag Applicator Robot, the bags are manually fed into a feeder magazine that transports and prepares the bags for the Robot, which, in turn, automatically applies the bags to the bagger spout.
After being applied and fixed to the bagging machine’s nozzle, the Robot returns to the magazine, repeating the cycle, while the process of filling the bag with the product takes place. See below two videos that show the Applicator Robot in operation:
Automation application and speed
For the Robot application to work correctly, some important points must be considered, namely:
– The quality and standardization of bags.
– Application analysis and well-defined layout.
– The preparation of the factory infrastructure for the equipment.
– The long clean and stable air.
– The electrical supply.
The speed of this application can vary from 6 to 8 cycles in the open mouth model and from 8 to 10 cycles per minute in the valved model.
Some variables such as the product to be bagged, weight, dimensions and formats of bags influence the speed of the process.
System composition and compatibility
The system is made up of a bagger, applicator robot, bag magazine, sewing machine or sealer, conveyor belts, NR-12 safety grids and specific devices for each need.
