Indumak International Week 2025: learning, exchanging experiences and much more

The Indumak 2025 International Week took place between the 3rd and 6th of February, in Jaragua do Sul (SC), bringing together commercial representatives from abroad, collaborators from the areas of export, marketing and technical assistance.

The event featured strategic lectures, panels on the future of the sector and awards for professionals who stood out in 2024. Furthermore, it provided moments of integration between the teams, reinforcing Indumak’s commitment to professional training and the global growth of the brand.

A meeting that celebrates knowledge and drives innovation

The Indumak 2025 International Week meeting featured presentations from Indumak managers, international representatives and speaker Marcelo Baratella, promoting learning and the exchange of experiences, as well as moments of celebration with the aim of celebrating the results of 2024 and further integrating the team for the challenges of 2025.

This moment of exchanging good practices and experiences was essential to promote integration between international teams. When taking the stage, our representatives had the opportunity to highlight success stories, share effective strategies and present their most significant results.

These presentations not only enriched the event, but also strengthened the spirit of collaboration, inspiring everyone to adopt new approaches and drive growth together.

Integration and celebration in the perfect environment

The event was held at the Hotel Fazenda Estância Ribeirão Grande, a refuge in the middle of nature for a better connection between representatives from 13 countries, including leisure moments for participants and a celebration party to provide integration between the teams.

Indumak’s Commercial Director, Gelson Schmidt, highlighted the importance of this event, held 8 years ago.

“This event is a unique opportunity to align strategies, value our employees and strengthen ties between teams. As we celebrate the achievements of 2024, we are also projecting an even more promising 2025”, he explains.

With the theme “Walk of Fame”, the event achieved the objectives of providing an unforgettable experience. The special setting, with a red carpet, dressing room, walk of fame and professional photos, took participants directly into the “world of the spotlight”, bringing a touch of glamor and emotion even when celebrating sales highlights, making International Week even more memorable.
