Indumak Retrospective 2024: innovation, expansion and strengthening of the industry

As we approach the end of 2024, it is an ideal time to reflect on the milestones and achievements that defined our year.

In a challenging and dynamic scenario, our team stood out for its resilience and commitment to offering innovative and quality solutions.

All Indumak employees, customers and partners were essential to the achievements we achieved throughout the year. Therefore, at this moment, we want to look back, list our merits and remember them with gratitude and affection, so that they also serve as motivation for the next year that begins.

Wide and important presence at shows and events

We started the year with a calendar full of trade shows and events, starting with our participation in the Rice Harvest Opening.

The debut at Westpack, in California, was a significant milestone, where we presented our innovations to industries that are evolving in the sustainable packaging sector.

Throughout the year, we also marked our presence at Fipan, the largest fair in the bakery, confectionery and food service sector in Latin America, bringing all of Indumak’s expertise in specific technologies to the bakery segment, with solutions that guarantee more efficiency and quality for the sector.

Another great moment was our participation in the 40th edition of Fispal, which celebrated Indumak’s 33 years of presence at this event, the largest meeting of the food and beverage industries in the country. At Fispal 2024, the highlight was the launch of the MS-250 packaging machine, capable of producing up to 160 packages per minute continuously, a real success at the event. Furthermore, we introduced the TGV, our gravity boxing machine, which brought new possibilities to the packaging and grouping process, further consolidating Indumak’s position as a leader in the sector.

Sales Conventions: results and strategies for the future

Our sales conventions, which brought together more than 50 sales representatives, were a valuable opportunity to align strategies and share visions.

The event enriched the potential of Indumak’s commercial representatives and specialists, bringing together the board, marketing and sales teams, as well as national and international representatives, with the theme “Tune in”. The objective was to propel the teams towards a year of challenges and achievements, in tune with market needs and Indumak’s initiatives for 2024.

Furthermore, we celebrated a great achievement: the release of the 2023 results, which included profit sharing with a team that really makes a difference.

Trainning and customer support

Investing in our team is investing in the future. In 2024, our customer support professionals and authorized technical assistants underwent an intensive training journey, focusing on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Additionally, we implemented significant improvements to our service channels, including the adoption of a platform that manages calls through WhatsApp.

This innovation facilitated communication with our customers, making the process more agile and efficient. Now, our customers can register support requests in a practical and quick way, ensuring more immediate responses and an even more satisfactory service experience.

With these initiatives, we reaffirm our commitment to offering exceptional support and always being at our customers’ side, ready to meet their needs.

Celebrations and social responsibility

We celebrated Labor Day and our 61 years of history with a party that reinforced our commitment to the team and quality of life.

Furthermore, we maintained our purpose of social responsibility, supporting projects that positively impact the community around us through an active and incredible volunteer team.

Actions like this reinforce Indumak’s role in promoting solidarity and a sense of community, and in building an environment of collective well-being in the society around us.
We have also included new benefits for employees and actions that contribute to the health and well-being of our teams.

Significant advances in the Indumak 2024 retrospective

One of the highlights of the year was the opening of a new branch with 3,000 m² dedicated to palletizing lines, marking a significant advance in our production capacity. This expansion guarantees even faster and more effective deliveries, in addition to providing greater capacity to handle special projects, offering even more innovation and efficiency to customers.

With this new branch, our headquarters benefited from the expansion of boxing lines, allowing an even greater focus on process quality.

Additionally, we officially launched the new design of our equipment, which now features a more agile and intuitive interface. This innovation not only improves the operator experience, but also reduces learning time and increases production efficiency.

Another launch that made us proud was the MS-250, our continuous vertical packaging machine, which operates with continuous traction of plastic film by suction, reaching impressive speeds of up to 160 packages per minute.

With motorized film adjustment, automatic coil aligner, servo drive and vacuum assistance on the traction belts, the packaging machine was developed with a focus on guaranteeing customers greater operational ease and greater production capacity per square meter in the production line.

An innovative solution that reaffirms our commitment to constant evolution and customer satisfaction.
