Fispal 2019: Indumak launches products at the most important Trade show in Brazil

For the 29th time in a row (that’s right!) Indumak participated in Fispal Tecnologia, a key event that presents solutions for the food industry. In 2019, the fair took place from June 25 to 28, in São Paulo.

During the event, visitors were able to know some of the solutions and launches in packaging, baling and palletizing systems, among them the IRB 460 Robot, specially developed to assist the palletizing procedures. The Stretch Machine has also been exposed with all its advantages. In an agile and simple way, it optimizes the application of stretch film in palletizing.

 

Launch of the KSP and KSG baggers

 

At the trade show, Indumak took advantage of the official launch of the KSP and KSG baggers, with version for refined and powders, and a version for pellets among others. In addition to knowing firsthand these new equipment, visitors were able to check the technology used in the machines, which have a structure to serve different types of valve bags, such as raffia, craft and plastic, with top valves, inner or outer sleeve, 45 degrees and sides.

Less contamination with the Microhole Device

 

The Microhole Device has been developed to reduce the possibility of contamination of the product in the logistics and the point of sale. It allows the conveyors that precede the baler to draw the air, leaving the bale tighter, and the product safer for the customer.

 

Thermal Transfer Printers

 

The practicality of Indumak Thermal Transfer printers combined with the best value offer customers an excellent digital solution. The equipment contains advanced thermal transfer technologies, and can print bar codes, QR codes, expiration dates, batches, real-time hours, graphics, images, logos and other information that needs to be printed directly on the packaging.

 

Equipment Metal Detector

 

This device identifies ferrous, non-ferrous metals and stainless steel and comes equipped with a conveyor belt and alarm. Another advantage of the Indumak Metal Detector is the package rejecter for application along the packaging line.

 

Baler MK-30, the most well-known on the market

 

Another product exposed and that attracted the curiosity of those who passed through Fispal was the MK-30 Baler, the most well-known on the market. The flexibility and high performance of this equipment ensures greater productive efficiency.

It produces bale type packaging and uses plastic film traction by belts, and has variable speed control for the conveyors. Also known for its ruggedness, the MK-30 provides easy access to machine parts for maintenance, servicing and cleaning.

 

Packaging machine MM-250 for packages up to 250 mm

 

This packaging model offers advantages as a possibility of application in places with excess of dust (of the product and / or environment) or in very thin plastic film. The concept of the MM-250 is a re-read of the film traction by up and down movement of the welding table. Designed under safety regulations the MM-250 features modular options, meeting the different market needs.

 

Automatic packaging machine MG 320 for best cost-benefit

 

Those who do not give up the technology while looking for the best value for money are delighted with the MG 320 automatic packaging machine. It has the smallest size of the category and is easy to operate. Another benefit is its composition in servo-driven sealing system, which provides excellent performance.
