Projections for 2021 were optimistic at the end of 2020. However, the slow resumption of economic activities, with the advance of immunization against Covid-19, was accompanied by inflation.  

In the industry, the difficulty of acquiring inputs and the high prices demanded the reorganization of actions and forecasts in the companies.

1- New equipment nomenclature 

With the growth of the product lines offered, we organized the lines and nomenclatures of each equipment. 

You may have noticed that new projects are following a business unit naming pattern. 

The names of equipment from the same family bear the same initials, with the exception of machines that already have a strong and well-known brand in the market, with registration made before this new rule adopted.

2 – Presentation of the Bag Applicator Robot

Some product families have grown or incorporated technologies with special accessories, such as the Bag Applicator Robot.  

The robotic bagging system conquered the market in 2021 and was interconnected with technologies ranging from the bag dispenser magazine to the sewing machine, weight check and metal detector.

3 – Launch of new bagging machines for agribusiness

Seeking to deliver complete solutions for agribusiness, four new models of bagging machines were designed and launched in 2021.  

See what they were:  

• H4 KBA-F2 – Flow dosing bagger with 2 weighing buckets.  
• H4 KBA-E2 – Conveyor dosing bagger with 2 weighing buckets. Also available in the KBA-E1 version with a weighing bucket.  
• H4 KBA-F4 – Flow dosing bagger with 4 weighing buckets

4- Development of the fastest baler in the world  

With national technology, the fastest baler in the world is Brazilian and Indumak. 

The MK-30 A, in operation, reached historic milestones producing 6 x 5 kg bales of rice at high speed. It’s 36 tons/hour, as you can see below. 

5 – Addition of the Maintenance Notice on the control panel 

Thinking about the needs of customers and seeking to facilitate the industrial routine, Indumak developed a solution to the problems of delay in maintenance and overhaul of its equipment.  

As of 2021, Indumak machines alert the operator with a maintenance notice on the HMI control panel. See more details of this news. 

6 – Launch of the innovative Gravimetric Filler FG-4  

The FG-4 Gravimetric Filler with 4 Servo Motor Driven Dosing Channels has emerged as an advanced dosing solution for the sugar, soap powder and other similar products industries with high precision.  

The results reported by customers and confirmed by our engineers and experts were presented at the launch webinar of this dispenser in October.
