Director’s Word: Indumak’s main launches and prospects for 2024

Welcome to the year 2024!

It is with great enthusiasm that I share the main events and achievements that defined the year 2023 for Indumak.

Over the last year, we have celebrated six decades of history. This milestone not only deserves a reflection on our past achievements, but also challenges us to project Indumak for the coming years, maintaining our solidity, modernity and constant growth.

Indumak launches in 2023

In 2023, we will proudly reaffirm our presence in both the national and international markets, strengthening partnerships and introducing products that reflect our unremitting commitment to excellence.

And, by solidifying our presence in several product lines, we remark a period of technological maturity and strategic advances.

As a highlight, we can mention the consolidation of gravimetric fillers, which incorporate cutting-edge technology and essential adjustments to result in remarkably efficient products.

Another achievement was the redesign of the line of volumetric auger filler, with the launch of the innovative FP-50 filler. This project, with more than two decades of history, incorporates updated concepts required in the food industry and provides a modern and effective solution.

And, during our participation at Fispal Tecnologia, we presented the new Linear Scale, an expansion of our portfolio designed to meet the varied demands of our customers.

However, the highlight of 2023 was the launch of the T line of box packing machines, starting with the TGV model, developed to group products gravitationally using an insertion mechanism.

These were the movements and highlights that boosted our year and motivated us to plan the future with even more innovations. From now on, we will address Indumak’s prospects for 2024.

Indumak’s outlook for 2024

We enthusiastically present a launch scheduled for the first half of 2024 in the M line: the third wave of concept in vertical packaging machines, with the long-awaited model MS-250 — Continuous Machine.

This innovation combines film traction technologies via belts and a moveable sealing table, both driven by servomotors. The result? Greater speed and improved efficiency.

Next, we will launch the MS-320, also continuous, designed for larger packaging. This expansion reflects our constant commitment to offering solutions adapted to the different needs of the market.

Still for 2024, we are preparing the expansion of our T Line with the launch of the TCR —Cartesian model. Ideal for more delicate products, where careful handling and precise insertion are essential.

With an innovative design that incorporates Cartesian movement and suction cups, the TCR model provides a tailored solution to meet various demands.

This expansion of the T line is a testament to our commitment to offering diversified solutions to meet a wide variety of products and market demands.

Indumak commitment to Sustainability

In addition to prioritizing technological innovation, Indumak seeks to strengthen its commitment to sustainability and, therefore, we actively encourage the use of PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) plastic in the film of our balers.

This initiative plays a key role in reducing the consumption of virgin materials, promoting more sustainable practices that resonate with our values and environmental responsibility.

In addition to this incentive, Indumak is investing in promotional material bags produced exclusively with 100% PCR plastic, replacing the traditional paper option.

Through this path, we aim to contribute not only to the environment, but also to people’s quality of life.

Each small action, added to others, generates a significant impact on society, reflecting our commitment to a more sustainable future.
