T LINE – Indumak solutions for boxing

Presented first-hand to visitors at Fispal Tecnologia 2023 – the biggest event for the food and beverage industry that takes place annually in São Paulo – the T Line is Indumak’s newest product line.

After the approval of the project, which took place in 2023, many customers operating in specific market niches and who needed grouping in boxes complemented their lines with Indumak boxing solutions.

Therefore, customers were served with the same technical structure throughout the packaging sector, from fractionation to palletization.

This novelty, the result of constant work and several months of investment, represents a significant advance in the packaging process, providing greater operational efficiency and agility in product grouping.

The T line offers flexibility with different boxing machine models and has automatic and integrated boxing functions, from framing to product preparation, all the way to box insertion and closing.

Gravitational TGV

Ideal for handling packages in flexible packaging such as pillow, gusseted, flat bottom, six and seven seals, doy pack and others, the TGV is an insertion model developed to group products in a mechanism that transfers them to the box in a gravitational way.

It allows, if necessary, products to be compacted to optimize the internal space of the box.

Cartesian TCR

At TCR, products are grouped according to the customer’s needs and insertion into the box occurs using the Cartesian system. That is, using horizontal and vertical axes to move the products to be inserted into the boxes.

This insert is capable of handling items of different formats using clamps, claws or vacuum, making it versatile for packaging a wide variety of products such as packages of different formats, bottles, canned goods, jars and cartridges.

Linear TLN

Specially designed for packaging vacuum packages and cartridges in general, the TLN acts in a similar way to the Cartesian TCR, but horizontally.

At the entrance of the TLN, the packages are sorted by a grouping mechanism and then the linear insertion system transfers the products to the box, horizontally.

TRB Robot

At TRB, the products are organized according to the desired orientation and then the robotic system inserts the products into the box.

Capable of handling by clamp, claw or vacuum, the TRB is versatile and can work with different product models, including packages of different formats, such as bottles, canned goods, jars and cartridges, among others.

These insertion models are accompanied by framers and closers that perform complementary functions in the packing process, which makes the process even more efficient.

Types of boxes and closings

Indumak’s line of box packing machines works with different types of boxes, such as the ½ suitcase box, briefcase box or display box models, adapting to the specific needs of each client.

Furthermore, it provides closing options with adhesive tape or hot melt glue, which may vary according to the preferences and requirements of each project, ensuring adequate and safe closure of packages.
